Negative feedback removal help by Amz Mods

We received negative feedback which is a product review and feedback and the product was fulfilled by Amazon. We have requested removal 3 times and each time they refused to remove the feedback. The Feedback states as follows: "You can tell its not the same formula".

I have tried to chat, call, email, and request removal for the negative feedback but keep getting the same AI answer as follows:

"We’re unable to remove this feedback because the feedback for order 111-1776490-3861868 doesn't meet our guidelines for suppression.

Since buyer feedback is a direct reflection of their Amazon shopping experience, we can only remove feedback for these reasons:

- Contains obscene language

- Contains seller-specific, personally identifiable information

- Entire feedback comment is a product review

- Entire feedback comment is about fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon"

The original case number is 16771031031. I also requested help in 16771031031 only to be told that they can't help and to email, which is a complete waste of time.

Can Amazon mod help me please?
