Urgent Help Needed: Brand Identity Mix-Up and ASIN Assignment Error Causing Listing Chaos

The situation is that I wanted to create a new listing for my new product. Upon doing so I entered the brand name I intend to use (I have not registered this brand yet but have a pending trademark for it), the brand name is PURIFY. My product is a hydrogen water bottle. Upon finishing the listing, having detailed it and included images of the bottle, amazon told me to wait 30 minutes for the listing to populate on my inventory. When I went back to my inventory I seen that the listing was there, but it had a completely different image. I opened the listing to find that this listing, very strangely had the both the title and the brand name that I entered for my listing, but everything else was different. I quickly realised that amazon had linked the creation of my listing to an old listing that was on their catalogue who used to operate under the same brand name. This listing that appeared in my inventory showed images of a face cream rather than my water bottle. When I clicked edit to try to change it I also noticed that the rest of the details were that of an old listing, pre-entered and pre-set for a beauty product, numerous of these details are not changeable, posing further problems. Let's bear in mind that in order to create my listing, I used a product identifier... in this case, a GTIN-13 code (UK) that I paid for from GS1. I tried deleting the listing and starting over, only to find that my GTIN product code had now been permanently assigned to the ASIN of this old face cream listing and that I could not change it, nor could I recreate the listing using a different product ID as I am then told that I cannot add new ASINs for the brand name (assuming because I have not enrolled that brand).

I of course quickly took to amazons help form where I explained my situation in detail and created a case file. Every email I sent was replied to by a different associate. Each of which were only reading the previous email that I sent and I am now 5 case logs deep, having spoken to around 20 associates, on several occasions asking kindly to be forwarded to a more senior member of staff as no one seemed to be able to help me. The replies would literally take me round in circles and eventually associates closed cases without my issue being resolved. Some of them said it was an ASIN assignment error. Some of them said it was because I am not brand registered for that brand. Some of them said the problem is that the product ID is invalid. In any case, their instructions on how to resolve the issue was to send more screenshots (which I had already sent several times) and I feel they were delegating the issue onto the next associate. Nevertheless, I am still trying to fix this problem and having major issues. I cannot seem to speak to anyone on the phone or anyone who understands. I need to create the listing so that I can obtain a SKU to send to my supplier who is waiting to start production of an order I have already paid for.

If anyone can help me or direct me to a senior member of staff or even just one associate who can stay with my case and understand it until it is resolved then any help would be greatly appreciated.
