No thanks. Amazon can't even protect sellers on 1 platform from BOGUS a to z claims, fraud schemes, customers lying to get free product, let alone the other platforms we sell on. You guys have all kinds of policies, yet won't even enforce what's there, instead you always force the costs of returns onto your sellers. Getting to the point of death by a 1000 paper cuts, when you have overly complicated the selling process.

Literally have packages signed for, photos of our items sitting on the porches that match Google images of that property, GPS coordinates, and SCAMAZON still issues BS returns over and over and over again encouraging fraud and delighting thieves.

Does Veeqo allow bulk printed matter labels?

I've asked this before, and the Amazon rep said that it was planned, and the declined to answer further questions about it. So have the plans reached fruition?

Having used quite a few inventory control systems over the years, I will say Veeqo works, but can do with a little refinement. A few here ...

1. In the Channel info it does no good to see "ERROR - Failed to sync 1 order. Reason: Incomplete order" if one cannot click on it to see which order, etc. Instead we have to ask and shouldn't.

2. We need something on the orders page to show if the address is verified. Now we have to click on the order to see this.

3. More accountability in the billing! We need to be able to see what labels by order number, etc are in a billing. Need to be able to see a billed amount to the credit card. And more than one event. Then be able to click on the transaction and see what is in that billed amount.

4. More visibility into refunds from shipping carriers.

5. The sync time to find new products or SKUs on a venue are too long. As well, updates to the inventory levels could be a bit faster as well.

6. I strongly suspect that Veeqo is the source of some of our inventory quantity issues resulting in over sell. Not sure how to relate this, except that my team can track it down to Veeqo. And this is why item # 1 is important!

7. There has to be a better way in which to see which SKUs or channel listings are linked/merged. Right now it is a PIA.

Thank you

I'm not sure why anyone in the PL or wholesale space would participate in this software given that it's pretty clear the reason it exists is to allow Amazon access to your order data and customer data on other platforms so they can better compete with you and those other platforms.

5% savings on shippings seems like a very small amount of pay for inviting the data and sales behemoth into more of our sales data.

1. If amazon pending orders are paid days later, Veeqo's ship-by date shows the initial order date instead of matching Seller Central's ship-by date. Need to fix this.

2. Should be able to compare connected shipping carrier account rate and Amazon-buy shipping rate at the same time, this feature still does not exist.

3. Need to add shipping status to the UI, so when the user goes to the Shipped tab, they should be able to see the carrier status of the package, we do not even know if packages are delayed, lost, or delivered.

4. Need a solution for UPS Scans, UPS pickup drivers never scan the packages, unlike USPS or FedEx. Either create a UPS scan form like USPS or convince Amazon to stop checking the first scan for UPS shipments because when the driver loses the package, we get hit with an -Z claim without any protection.

5. Legal assurance to not use or share the data from the Veeqo profit analyzer if the seller puts their costs to calculate profits, if you may use the data, put it in writing on the website so we know Amazon might copy our profitable listings.

6. The billing page is a disaster, better reports are needed, and implement them to the UI, do not make us download chaotic Excel sheets.

7. Please fix the USPS Scan form feature already, I have to give the USPS driver 5-6 forms every time because Veeqo is creating multiple Scan forms instead of one.

8. Ability to sort shipments for different carriers for bulk printing, let the user bulk select FedEx shipments only, ups shipments only etc, right now I have to click one by one.

Nice to have:

1. Optimize split shipments: For large quantity orders, the software can suggest split options to achieve the best price. This can be achieved by the user putting the individual unit's size and the software recommends creating X shipments and Y units in each box etc.
