Issues with choosing canada as the country for automated unfulfillable inventory
Hello,
Im a Canadian Amazon FBA seller, and Ive been having issues with unfulfillable inventory. My customer-damaged and refunded items are automatically being disposed of, and I cant seem to change the setting to have them returned to my Canadian address instead.
The Problem:
When I try to update my Automated Unfulfillable Settings, Im unable to select Canada as the return location.
This means all my customer-damaged and refunded items are being disposed of instead of being returned to me.
I want to receive my unfulfillable inventory in Canada but cannot seem to find a way to do it within Amazons settings.
My Questions:
1. Why isnt Amazon allowing me to set a Canadian return address?
2. Has anyone found a solution to receive unfulfillable inventory in Canada instead of having it disposed of?
Id appreciate any insights from other sellers who have dealt with this issue. Thanks in advance!

Hello! @Seller_KRG1ud1IpzyXL
This is Roberto. Apologies for the delay on getting back to you.
I have submitted a request to update the settings, you should now be able to select Canada as the option. Please double-check.
