Genuine Pearl Jewelry for Women being identified as children jewelry. Amazon needs to hire real human!
I only sell genuine pearl jewelry, which are clearly for adult women. Any real human can easily tell it.
Recently, i received 6 complianece requests said my products are children jewelry. I appealed, and five of them were approved. When i am working on the last one appeal, suddenly I found 3 asins from the original complianece requests have been REMOVED!
I understand that words like "girl" or "teen girl" might trigger compliance issues, so I've updated my listings to remove any such terms. Despite this,it seems impossible to resolve this issue with Amazon, becauseas the responses have been unhelpful (keep saying they need more time but i have be waiting for over one month) or repeatedly state: This product has been identified as being in violation of Amazon’s Children’s Jewelry policy. There is currently no path to reinstatement at this time.
It is fraustaing. I think the only way is review these issues and provide guidance. Otherwise, any one considering starting their bussion on Amazon may need to think twice and think it through.

I'm sorry for the trouble. While I understand the frustration you are experiencing and you are stating that these products are intended for an adult, your customers could be purchasing these items for their children or grandchildren who are under the age of 12. As these can be purchased for children under 12, Amazon will not reinstate these items unless you can provide the proper testing to ensure that your customers are safe when wearing your products.
