Funds held in reserve for nearly 2 years! Help!

Hi everyone,

2 years ago my business brought a smaller business which had an existing Amazon page.

We didn’t realise at the time that we were only allowed one seller account for our business, so Amazon deactivated one of the accounts.

As expected we were told that funds would be held in reserve to cover refunds, claims etc, however we have not been able to access that money since - which will be 2 years in April.

Despite a lot of calls ands emails to support, I am still no clearer what I need to do to access the funds.

Has anyone had any luck with issues like this?

They should’ve given you the email addresses -
disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk or
payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk

However, was the bank account on the account verified as yours ?
