create separate attribute "uk 18 knife"
I am selling a gift set containing a campjng knife I am repeatedly told to do the below:
Please create a separate attribute "customer_restriction_type" and update it with the value "uk_18_knife"
there is no option anywhere to do this? And no one can help me in seller support?
also at the end of email it says:
“If this has not been completed within 7 days, the attribute will automatically update on your behalf”
As I could not do this I left it 8 days and this did not happen.
I’m tearing my hair out I’ve spent hour after hours contacting support and still no resolution for a simple action.

For your question, you should be able to edit the item information by clicking "Edit listing", however I would recommend you to use a flat file to update the listing.
Inventory file templates, style guides, and browse tree guides

hi, It is 100% not available to on edit listing, also I have tried the templates and none of them have the drop down colomn to change they are also a waste of time. Seller central keep sending the same generic response over 10 times now my issue needs to be esculated as I am totally stuck. It does say in my email that if I do not update in 7 days amazon will updated on my behalf bur this I waited 8 days last time and nothing happened? I cant continue to use seller support I’m going round in circles please help or confirm amazon will update automatically?
please help me I’m desperate to resolve this.
