Shipment delivered to TMB8 was not Check in

I am having an issue with shipment sent to TMB8

I sent in shipment in September 2024 using Fedex, shipment ID : FBA18FY2F6KQ. Status show successfully delivered to TMB8 but this shipment was never check in. I waited for the reconcilation date and to my surprise. all the unit located is zero, witth the status : Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed.

I raised a case submitting invoices for proof of ownership of the item and proof of delivery from Fedex. However i am not able to resolve thru seller support

during pass few month i never give up and tried opening new cases, however these case was closed automatically and merge with old case.

I have all valid documents, including proof of delivery for individual boxes with stated weight of each box. it's not possible i sent in empty boxes.

My proof of delivery stated clearly the weight of each individual boxes and signed off by amazon FBA staff. How it is possible all the boxes are empty.

I am literally in the same boat getting the same message from Selling Partner Support. They asked for my last 16 months of packing slips when Amazon is the one who checked in my inventory and then lost it. It was all evidenced in the inventory ledger.

Also TMB8 FC. Such a nightmare.
