Hello,
As I include instructions to generate a free return label with each shipment, I was wondering if it was possible to eliminate the return warehouse we have in UK and reduce the monthly cost. Is it possible to force customers to use the free returns service and not return the parcel to the address? I ship from the EU to the UK so I would also like to avoid direct returns to our EU address.

If you sell in the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Italy or Germany and fulfil customer orders from abroad, you’re required to either provide Amazon with a default domestic return address for items equal to or under £20 or €25, including VAT, or otherwise offer returnless refunds for these items.
