accept charges is not working
What is wrong with the software? I'm not able to pack a box and send it in to FBA because the button to accept charges doesn't light up and even on those rare occassions that it does, it won't let me print the shipping labels. It just sits there a spins. I was only to send in 1 box with 1 ASIN with qty. 24. No other combinations are working!
Yes, I've contact support. Nobody there is able to assist.

Following on your post. As @Seller_y7W9ccUlauftE mentioned (thank you so much for your assistance) were you able to try on another browser? Also, you can try to clean cookies and cache and try again, sometimes this caused bugs in the program.
