Please help for 5461 error

Hello, we have encountered a problem of error 5461, but we have provided all the related documents and photos required but the seller support only said 'we are currently not accepting applications for this product'. We are selling on Amazon over 7 years and this is very annoying as we cannot create any new listing now.
