Unsuitable inventory investigations policy warning

I am struggling with supplying the correct documentation for an unsuitable inventory investigations policy investigation for 5 ASINs I resell. The warning is below. Has anyone successfully appealed one of these, and if so do you have any tips of what to provide?

I have already provided the legitimate invoices from the supplier in the USA (imported into the UK) and Greece (imported in to Germany), and all the ID information requested. I do not yet have a formal letter from the manufacturer authorising me as a reseller, but I have provided emails of direct communication between us clearly showing I have an official relationship with them as a reseller. I know we're dealing with Seller Support, but surely for something as serious as this there has to be a better two-way dialogue channel available?

The Health impact for this policy violation is stated as High on the Policy Compliance page. Does anyone know if that is likely to be account suspension?

Please provide any assistance you can. Thanks.
