Hi all,
Basically Amazon is changing our sizing values from '20mm' to 'One Size.' So, for example, if we were to sell spanners in 18mm, 20mm, 22mm etc, Amazon will change that to 18mm, ONE SIZE, 22mm.
As you can imagine, in this case 'One size' is a completely misleading value.
This has happened across many listings. We have sole control over the listings, they're our own products and no third party is doing this. It only seems to affect anything with a '20mm' sizing option.
This is an ongoing issue we've been having for over a year now. Seller support has been less than helpful whenever we have raised a case on it. They dish out random copy/paste replies.
We have uploaded dozens of flat files to correct it but nothing has worked. What's worse is that Amazon makes this change both instantly (once the listing has gone live) or it will wait a few months and suddenly decide to do it so it's something we constantly need to check up on.
Can anyone like @Julia_Amzn @Spencer_Amazon @Angie_Amazon chime in and help us get some support on this issue please?

Hi all,
As stated above, this is an ongoing problem that is interfering with many of our listings. 20mm is generally our best-selling size, and we've had to remove the 20mm size from multiple listings so as not to mislead customers with the incorrect "ONE SIZE" label.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Please see the case number and further details in the original post.
