Authorization letter from right owner is not accepted by AMAZON
I received Intellectual Property Complaint on one of my listing. I was asked to provide the authorization from right owner, I submitted the following document 5 times but unfortunately Amazon did not accepted.
1. Authorization letter from right owner
2. Supplier sale invoice.
Amazon is not accepting and asking for more information. I was told by Account health team that your company address is missing in authorization letter. I got updated letter from right owner / brand owner and submitted but unfortunately Amazon is asking more information. It seem like Amazon is overlooking the content of authorization letter and invoice.
I need immediate guidance because my 74 units are stuck in FBA store and I cannot sell elsewhere

is your supplier invoice from a wholesaler or manufacturer? Ie not a high street retailer?
If it is, try marking up the SKUs on the invoice to identify which sku is which ASIN. Amazon believe that everyone in the world uses ASINs as SKUs.
