Inaccurate Item Quantity in Box: I see this often and it seems like we just have to accept it.
Hoping a mod can take look at my case. I sent in 2 boxes of 12 units and its been reported that 12 units were not in the shipment. So what happened? 2 boxes were delivered. Same weights. Are we missing 6 from each box leaving half the boxes empty, or 1 empty box was shipped? I understand human error, but when you only send a case packed box of 12 units and only 2 boxes, I'm having a hard time believing this is on me.

I'm sorry to read about this. Can you please reply to the case to reopen it with the POD from the shipment, preferably showing the weight to match the expected quantity? I will escalate if needed.

Its B.S. We are getting dinged on almost every shipment. And....
we have ONE person pick the items to be shipped, and double checks quantity.
we have a SECOND person who prints the exact number of labels for the shipment.
we have a THIRD person who packs the individual items, checks the quantity, and verifies all have labels.
We have a FOURTH person who packs the master pack, verifies the count and double checks that all individual items have their label. This person also takes a photo of the box (where we can actually count the items) and seals the box.
AND we STILL get a ding on almost every shipment. You cant dispute it, they wont let you. Its down right B.S. and its almost the exact same amount on every shipment, 5 units.
