Late dispursement . 30/10/19

Fridays dispursement should have arrived today however its not in our account checked bank details etc all fine . Anyone else ?

No point as yet phoning CS as they will quote upto 5 days i

Yep, same here, nothing at all. They’re making money with our money (gambling, stock market, etc), I’m sure that’s what they do.
We’ll see tomorrow.

I have checked all 3 accounts and have been unable to see any issues. The disbursements from the 25th are showing as successful within our systems.
If you do not receive your funds after 3-5 working days of them being disbursed please do create a case via your account with the disbursement date and amount so it can be investigated in more detail.

Same issue here. No sign of anything. Dispersed Saturday normally in bank today.

Hi all,

Thanks again for your posts.

I have checked all the accounts of those that have posted and have been unable to identify any issue. I’ve also checked internal systems and there have been no notifications regarding disbursement issues.

I would recommend that you check the Statement View page and select the date range for the disbursement. This will display a date the transfer was made and a bank transfer ID also. If the funds are not in your bank 5 working days after the date of transfer you can check with your bank to check for the payment. If they cannot locate it please do open a case so that it can looked into in more detail for you.

Sorry that I cannot provide more assistance regarding this.

Just spoke with our accounts team, last disbursement into our account was from last Wednesday! (23/10). Will see if we get a batch together tomorrow, if not will need to raise a case with SS.
