Changing beneficial owner
Hi I want to add a new shareholder to the company and give him 100% of the shares of the business and make him beneficial owner.
What would be the process in doing this.
So transfer ownership of he amazon account, same company, different director.

Theoretically, as you are keeping all the company details the same, you should just be able to update CH, and then change the primary contact and beneficial owner on amazon
The new beneficiary will need to be verified however, it depends on who this person is and their relationship to you and whether or not you are happy that they are still logging in with the email address etc
Is it a transfer of shares to a spouse / child
or a transfer / sale of business to someone else ?
If the latter, a full transfer of ltd and amazon account would be the better route
you may not be able to do it whilst your accounts are overdue

First talk to your accountant and make sure you have everything correct legally.

Do make sure that your cousin has at least no previous / current issues selling on Amazon.
