Received an email threatening to close my listings due to low VTR, went on live chat who offered no help whatsoever.

The royal mail 48 ones are OBA Large letters that didnt get scanned on delivery
The 2nd class ones are parcels bought from royal mail website which show as delivered before promised date.
I take it im still ok to ignoring the low VTR,
