Printify Import Error

I current have my Printify account connected to my Amazon Seller Central account. I have an Amazon Professional account and a GTIN exemption. However when I publish my products to Amazon the Parent ends up in Inventory and the children end up in Drafts. This happens with every product I try and has also happened when I try to import from Printful. The only response support can give me is that I just need to create a new import file with all the information and import the product that way. Well that is not feasible for EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT! I have been working on this for a week and a half going back and forth with support with no resolution.

Hey there @Seller_WWZHndlp9X6WM & @Seller_82IIBYsVvs9vf - thanks for surfacing this here on the forums. Tea_Time, does your comment mean you've already been in contact with Printify support to try and correct this experience? Or do either of you have case IDs surfacing this with our support teams? If so, don't hesitate to share those case IDs with me so I can take a closer look!

Thanks in advance,

Danny
