Misunderstanding of the minimum age value.

Hello, my ad was closed yesterday, the reason is that I entered the minimum age as 6, Amazon perceives it as months and asks me for a certificate.

But my product is suitable for children aged 72 months.

They tell me to update this value, but I can't do it because it is locked in my account.

I filed a lawsuit and asked them to write 72 in the minimum age section.

In response, they tell me how to do it, I already know this, but I can't do it because it is locked. Can someone with experience help me?

Hi, you need to download a product template file which is an excel spreadsheet from Amazon Seller Central. On the spreadsheet enter the correct age and then save the spreadsheet and then upload the file as a partial update. This will then correct the age when it is locked. It is very difficult to explain how to do here so can you as Amazon for some help with this and ask them to give you a link for the template.

Thank you for your post. If you really filed a lawsuit there isn't much that I can do for you due to my position, but I kind of sense that there may have been a mistranslation or some sort of typo.
