Hi @Seller_w0ZnecrIfL0wk,

First, let's check if you have a unified account for North America. Look at the marketplace selector in the top-right corner of Seller Central - does it show options for Canada and Mexico? You can learn more about checking your account status here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201841950

If you see these options (unified account):

  • You don't need to delete anything - just create listings only for the US marketplace
  • Make sure you're in the US marketplace when creating listings (check the marketplace selector)
  • For any existing listings in Canada or Mexico, you can either set their quantity to zero or delete them completely

Important: Check if you're using the Build International Listings tool:

  • Go to Build International Listings (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/global-selling/sync-offers)
  • If you see active connections to Canada or Mexico, you can remove them:
  • Select the marketplace you want to disconnect
  • Click "Remove Connection" in the Connection settings
  • Choose whether to keep or delete your offers in that marketplace
  • If you don't see the marketplace options in the top-right corner (separate account): You're already set up for US-only selling and don't need to take any action.

For more details about marketplace settings, see: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201642980

Best regards, Michael

You cannot delete those other platforms. Do not try. Do not ask Support about that (one seller did that and his account was immediately closed)

Put them on vacation. Delete any listings that may be appearing -- either active or inactive.

Disable synchronization (BIL).
