Patent Infringement Issue, Can't Contact Account Health

I logged into my account the other day and noticed that I was hit with a patent infringement!

There were no emails, no notifications, nothing at all. The only way I found out was through checking my account health.

I tried contacting Account Health support but once the support number called me and I entered in the PIN, it said something like, "Your call cannot be completed" and then the number hung up. I've tried multiple times throughout the day and night with no success reaching anyone.

I literally have zero information as to what is happening with this patent infringement. I don't know which company filed this infringement and I haven't been sent a copy of the patent that I'm allegedly infringing upon. Therefore, I have no idea how to go about filing an appeal with Amazon. I don't even know what part of my product is infringing on whomever's patent! Like, is it an issue with my company name? Company logo? Product design?

Can anyone suggest how to move forward here? I have contacted regular Seller Support with no success. They simply responded by saying that they have no additional information to provide because they THEMSELVES have no idea who submitted the patent either.

How is this even a possible business practice to claim that I'm infringing on a patent without even knowing what patent I'm infringing upon?!
