"I am currently selling a large, heavy, and delicate product via FBM "

The only way that I can see that you could have described a product that is a TERRIBLE fit for Amazon would be if you included the word "expensive" there as well.

Since it appears that you are new here, on Amazon there are many buyers that are self-entitled, con artists, and, thieves in general and search for 'just launched' sellers.

If you have that on your listings it is a bright orange target saying 'Buy here, screw the seller".

As to the message it probably is/isn't but even if it is about 90% of buyers never read or look at anything except the title, the picture(s), and the price.

If you have been selling on your own website, take whatever number you have for returns and 'arrived damaged' and multiply that number by 15 or 20. It's a way of life on the river.

Good luck. Come back in a few months and let us all know how things are working out.

The message should be OK, although 5 times the word "product".

BUT - I see other problems for you: a delicate product, large, heavy, difficult to assemble. And the customer has to go to Amazon's product page on receipt to watch a video...

You have high expectations of customers! You have to sell at a high price in order to include all the possible "arrived damaged", "didn't arrive", and all the returns where YOU eventually pay the return label (thing you have to do a research).

You can try, but I doubt that you will be satisfied. UNLESS this is a really exceptional, extraordinary product the buyer wants absolutely.
