FBA Inventory Lost Denial
This is an FBA lost inventory issue. Case ID is 15164119321. We shipped 2 boxes of quantity 5 each with an Amazon Partnered Carrier. We provided proof of delivery within the case as well as proof of ownership as requested. We continue to get denied. This is $4k worth of laptops and Amazon is claiming non receipt of 5 which would be 1 of the 2 boxes we shipped. Again both show delivered and proof of delivery was provided. @Glenn_Amazonhoping we can get this escalated on your end so we can get this case in front of the correct team/people to get to the bottom of this.

I took a look at that case and see that the reimbursement request was not successful. I asked our partner team to review the case and determine if there is any additional documents you can submit, or other information to provide, to move your request forward.
