NO MORE music samples on Amazon?!

Have I missed something? Since when?!

I’ve just looked up a few best sellers as well just to confirm, like this one:

This would be very bad news!
I go to Amazon whenever I want to sample music.

So where do we go now for a free & quick sampling of 2 albums, to choose which one to buy?

I guess YouTube is an alternative (not that quick and simple as we usually have to search for each song of each album and change page each time).

I know nothing about Spotify, just the name and that I’d have to sign in - is that free?
Anything else?..

Apologies for reviving an oldish thread but I’m surprised this topic hasn’t been raised elsewhere (assuming I haven’t missed it).

There have been some massive changes to the CD catalogue over the last few weeks.
The removal of samples is probably the biggest one. This seems to have also led to the removal of track lists as such.

In addition, the CD Product details now resemble other products.

This is how they now look:

Is Discontinued By Manufacturer : No
Product Dimensions : 1 x 12.5 x 14.2 cm; 110 Grams
Manufacturer : XL Recordings
Item model number : 119602
Label : XL Recordings
ASIN : B00L98V4UW
Number of discs : 1
Best-sellers rank 178 in CDs & Vinyl

I found a matching image of the same page from the ‘wayback machine’ showing how it looked about four years ago:
