Lots of Pending, Awaiting Payment Open Orders Question
So I have a lot of pending orders that are under "awaiting payment verification." At first, I thought that maybe it just didn't go through on the buyer's end and that was all good. But now I have 8 or 10 orders (some as far as 2-3 weeks ago that are past Amazon's Provided Ship by date) all have pending and awaiting payment.
To me it seems really unlikely that all these peoples cards are failing, I explicitly referred many of these people looking to buy these products. Does anyone know what's going on?
Tried contacting amazon once, they just told me to wait...

I understand you have a question related to your FBA orders that are still in Pending - Awaiting payment verification. I have reviewed your pending FBA orders and the oldest was made on January 13th, 2024, meaning that Amazon has until February 3rd, 2024 to complete the verification, as per the help page Pending Orders, where it mentions "On the Manage orders page, an order with a status of Pending might indicate an issue with the buyer’s payment method or a convenience store payment method. In some cases, our payment and order detail verification processes can potentially extend order processing times for as long as 21 days."
I do recommend you that, in those instances where the order remains the Pending for more than 21 days, contact Selling Partner Support for the to investigate further.
