Updating An Address

I have recently moved. I have changed my address with my bank...but I forgot to change it with Amazon. My Amazon account is now blocked as my charging method/card with Amazon is now invaidated due to an address mismatch. I just need to change my address with Amazon, but they wont let me access the Business Information page until my card details match...which they never will!
