Listing Hijacked by Different Brand - Nicbobo are frauds
Our listing B084KNSKTH has been hijacked by a brand called Nicbobo that does not even have a storefront. We now require permission to send inventory for OUR OWN PRODUCTS. We have opened a case about it CASE 15170568351, and Amazon tells us that any changes we "suggest" will have to be approved by this brand. They suggest we contact the brand when they don't even have a storefront.
It is ludicrous that a listing we have been the exclusive sellers and owners of for years can just suddenly be claimed by another brand. We can't even send inventory to it.
Is there anything we can do? We've had this happen before with multiple listings and each time Amazon says it's out of their hands but what else are we supposed to do?

Did this ever get resolved for you? I'm in the exact same situation, with the exact same malicious actor "Nicbobo" hijacking our ASIN B07P8X4SK2, locking it so we can't list our own product that we've been selling exclusively since 2019, and he is not even selling a product on the ASIN so he just essentially shut down our listing and stranded our inventory.
I don't understand why Amazon hasn't yet simply banned this BLATANTLY MALICIOUS "brand" (I'm using "brand" loosely as they don't even have a storefront or public seller info like we all have), as they are disrupting the business of many sellers and causing significant harm to us sellers and thus Amazon customers who want to purchase these products that "Nicbobo" has made unbuyable for whatever sick reason they are committing this bizarre fraud.
AMAZON, PLEASE REMOVE ALL PRIVILEGES FOR "Nicbobo" AS THEY ARE CLEARLY A BAD ACTOR CAUSING SIGNIFICANT STRAIN ON HONEST SELLERS IN YOUR MARKETPLACE.
I talked to seller support last night, and even the rep I talked to was like "oh ya, "Nicbobo", I've actually heard from 2 other sellers about this same brand doing the same issue to their ASINs as well... it seems to be a pattern". WOW! Even seller support associates are remembering this brand name for being malicious. Yet Amazon let's them take over listings by claiming they own the brand, without any proof or due dilligence? Yet when I as the exclusive seller of that brand for the past 5 years tries to relist on that ASIN, Amazon tells me that I need to get the permission from the brand owner, who is now "Nicbobo" HAHAHAH what a sick joke!
AMAZON, would someone please step up and put a stop to this blatant abusive actor and stop this madness? This is the most clear cut case of fraud and abuse and yet you still allow him to claim ownership of brands that he doesn't even sell on or have any relationship to. Please take immediate action!
