Patent infringment

Hi, I source the product from china and listed the product my product was active someone reported Patent imfringment on my product. my listing has been removed however my account is yet active. I am New to amazon seller account and i don't know what to do for this. I already told to dispose my inventory. It still shows Apeal

How can i fix this issue? Please any advice

Typically, when these types of issues occur, we will provide a performance notification with instruction on how to resolve the particular concern.  Prior to sourcing your product to sell did you verify these types of attributes or the supplier of your products?

I would also suggest reviewing our intellectual property policy for sellers, this help page offers guidance on how to address these types of issues.

Here’s a section from this page on how to address patent infringement:

Reply to the notification you received, with specific reasons as to why you believe a mistake was made. You may also provide a court order demonstrating that your product is non-infringing or that the asserted patent is invalid or unenforceable.

I am New to amazon seller account and i don't know what to do for this. I already told to dispose my inventory. It still shows Apeal

As noted above, this information would be the reason it’s asking for you to appeal. We will need to verify that your product does not violate our policy and infringe upon this patent.

I have also reached out to the account health team who may attempt to reach out to you by phone.
