Well, you permanently linked that as far as Amazon is concerned.
It SOUNDS as if you had a suspended account and you tried to open a NEW account to get around the suspension.
Is that what happened?
It really doesn't matter too much since you linked the two and BOTH accounts will stay suspended until you solve whatever caused the suspension.

If that is the case you will want to take care of the issues with the first one.
I would highly suggest opening a seller support case.
