Can't Relist Deleted Products
I am a new seller - I created my first listing then I created my Amazon brand. Amazon support told me that the only way to add my brand to my existing listing was to delete it and create a new listing. After deleting the listing I now cannot relist because apparently the GTIN is a match for the deleted listing.
I've been trying to talk to amazon support for weeks but they just keep kicking my support requests back to me. Has anyone else had to deal with this? How can I solve it?

Did you create this as a "Generic" listing?

Hi @Seller_c0qgWsQyBFVhn,
Thanks for reaching out. If the system has your GTIN matching to your original listing, it won't let you reuse it. However, if you delete your SKU with the process outlined in this help page, it will remove those contributions from our back end and allow you to use it again, just allow at least a few hours before you try to relist it.
Ensure that you follow the instructions that state:
Delete both your offers and item data contributions.
Enter an "x" in the add-delete field in your Inventory Loader file. This will completely remove all data associated with your SKU.
If you still need help after taking the steps in the help page, please provide me with your case ID so I can take a look.
Regards,
Michelle
