FBA Inventory Reimbursement - General Adjustment

Hi - I have many lines that indicate Type Adjustment, and Description FBA Inventory Reimbursement - General Adjustment. It shows a quantity of 1, but the it is a negative amount, ie. a charge to me. Can anyone tell me what this is for?

So I found more information, and these show a reason code of found inventory, so they put these pieces back to stock (I love that both adds and subtracts have a positive quantity). However, on my payment detail report I was CHARGED for these items. Why would there be a fee for them finding their inventory?

Most likely what happened was the following:

  1. Amazon didn't found your unit.
  2. Submitted a reimbursement.
  3. Days later, unit was found and placed in your inventory.
  4. Negative adjustment was made to made your account whole.

Is there a Case ID you can share or more details so I can look into this?
