Just received an email supposedly from Amazon Seller Support. I’ve checked the case ID but I cannot find it. This is the email address is came from tam-pro-gold-plat@amazon.co.uk - Obviously I haven’t clicked on any links or replied.

The address is valid but it might have been spoofed in the email so no guarantee whatsoever that the email is genuine.
As you don’t have that case id, most likely a scam.

Any email we get from Amazon Seller Support begins with seller-support@amazon etc etc. Also, if it refers to a case there is always an email that says Mech…case…etc etc. I would report that one to Amazon as spam and delete. If it’s not dodgy, I’m sure Amazon will tell you.
