I have just received a request from a buyer asking for a invoice
We are a registered company but we are not vat registered and we are selling on the amazon individual seller plan
What am I supposed to answer this customer and where can I can I get a invoice for the customer ?

You will need to create one for them and upload it, as you need to for all business buyers as well.
You can sign up for Amazon creating them for you but this one you’ll need to do anyway
