Sponsored Products Ad not working

Hi all,

I'm experiencing issues with Amazon's FBA stocking system and Sponsored Product Ads. Here's a summary of the problem:

  • In September, we stocked up for the holiday season.
  • In mid-December, FBA showed our inventory as "0," prompting us to close the listing to avoid disappointing customers and pause our Sponsored Ad too save money.
  • At the end of December, our inventory suddenly increased by 72 units. (Likely due to a miscounted transfer unit?)
  • In January, we relisted our product and reactivated our Sponsored Ad. Unfortunately, the ad isn't generating any clicks, regardless of budget adjustments.

My questions are:

  1. Can I trust the FBA stocking system, or was this a one-time holiday season glitch?
  2. Should I recreate the Sponsored Ad or wait for the system to pick up the algorithm again?

I'd appreciate any advice, as we're losing sales. Thank you!

Unusual. Pick the best answer.

A. Did you have 72 in inventory when you changed the inventory to "0"?

B. Are they a free gift to you from Amazon?

C. Did you have 72 missing from inventory one year ago and now they have been located?

D. Ask for a recount to verify the correct quality of product in the inventory.

E Go ahead and offer 72 for sale and hope for the best, and if there is a problem, blame it on Amazon.
