Help Needed – Brand Hijacked My Generic Amazon Listing

Hi,

I need some advice regarding an issue I’m facing with one of my Amazon listings.

I’ve been selling a handwoven product (ASIN) under a “Generic” brand for the past 3 years without any problems. However, recently, I noticed that a brand named “BPA” has taken over my ASIN, and now I’m unable to sell the item anymore.

I raised a case with Amazon Support, but unfortunately, I’ve received no meaningful help so far. I believe Amazon should not allow ASINs originally listed as “Generic” to be taken over by other random brands.

This has been my product for years, and it’s incredibly frustrating to see this happen. If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this and get the hijacking brand removed, I’d greatly appreciate your insights.

Thanks in advance!

hi dear seller,

you must provide your brand ownership documents to amazon seller support. submit your brand registry documents the only way you recover your ASIN.
