Amazon attempting to steal my money via lying - how to take them to court?

I did a video interview and sent documents such as invoices and the like over a month ago to get my disbursement for funds over a year old in my deactivated account. After the interview, they emailed me asking for more invoices - I replied saying I've already given them this, and to disburse my funds else I will be going through small claims court.

I noticed they replied to me a week or so later with the following:

After completing our investigation and reviewing the information you provided, we have determined that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.

What happens now?

The funds in your account will not be disbursed to you. This is a final decision made after reviewing the information you provided.

We may not respond to further emails about this issue.

This is complete and utter bulls**t without any basis in reality, completely made up and arbitrary, and I wish to bring them before a court to prove this. They are inventing lies to steal my money.

How would one go about taking amazon to small claims court? What would you do in this situation? There is no way I am letting them make up this crap so they can keep my money.

Keep a record of everything, write a summary in chronologial order.

Write to them, both by letter and if you have an email address use that too. Give them 14 days to respond and title it "letter before action"

Then pending their response, be reasonable and engage with them.

If you feel like they have not resolved it legally then give them a notice of intended action and file with MCOL (google it) if its under £10k it'll be allocated to the small claims track.
