Cannot request payment dispursal. Account level reserves just keeps increasing
For the last 4 days I cannot request payment to me account. The "request payment" button is greyed out.
My account is 100% healthy, no a-z's.
I have tried to open case logs with regards to this, but they have been unanswered for days, the just state "transferred".
With every sale, our "Account level reserves just keeps increasing".

thanks for posting on the seller forums.
As you opened the thread a few days ago already, I wanted to ask if you could request the payment in the meantime or if you are still experiencing the same issue?
