Close other stores except my UK store

how can i deactivate all my other stores except for the UK store.

and how can i generate a VAT receipt for a customer?

Go to settings, top right > Account Info > Holiday settings, then put the countries you want inactive on holiday. Ask them to send a postcard.

Are you VAT registered? If not, you have to send a receipt with no mention of VAT. If you are VAT registered, do you use any accounting package? You should be able to get a receipt from there. Or Google receipt / invoice / VAT template for either circumstance.
