Seller Support not helpful at all
Is anyone else finding raising a case and getting any useful help from Seller Support seems to be getting worse - they copy and paste standard replies that have nothing to do with what you've asked them?
Their chatbots or AI are clearly not up to the task of resolving issues in the way talking to a human might resolve it in one go without going over and over the same thing over again hoping that eventually you'll get a sensible reply.
At present it feels like sticking chimpanzees in front of a computer keyboard would have more chance of solving issues than relying on someone from Seller Support doing it!
