I have created an account two weeks ago and since then the account has been deactivated and I have been unable to use it, I go the the account health page and I have zero policy violation warnings. Can anyone give me some advice please.

ALL new accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all the info you have provided, both personal ID and business info. Verification can take some time depending on what they need to check, as probably hundreds of new sellers sign up every day.
Of course you will have no violations if you haven't started selling yet ! .....and Amazon's time frames are usually very underestimated - their 10 days can extend to weeks !!!
