We received an email inviting us to postpone our base reserve till sept 2025. So we emailed the 2 emails suggested by We have not recieved a response to our policy extension request. Have tried both emails & included Merchant Token.if anyone could just check they have received the emails so I know as I really would like to be able to buy stock.it would really help if anyone could help sort this
