Fake A to Z claim on Delivered item shipped through Amazon Buy Shipping (Royal Mail)

Im getting 3 to 4 fake claims daily which are impacting my account health and sales also caused me loss of more than £300 this month.
I ship my all orders through Amazon by Shipping program and according to Amazon policy all order shipped Amazon by shipping program are protected against the A to Z claim effect on account health.
Those all orders on which I receive A to Z claim are delivered and Royal Mail clearly showing that but buyers and the fake claims about not receiving the order and got the item and money. Now I want my money back from those (Scam) buyers.
How I can claim? as i have already appeal on A to Z claim but thats got rejected.

you are getting 3 or 4 a-z claims a day?
That’s incredibly high. In any case it depends on the shipping method you are using. But without a signature it would be tough to win against the monetary refund should an a-z be opened.
However I would email managingdirector@amazon.co.uk to query the a-z claims affecting your ODR, even though you are using buy shipping.

Won't get you the money back but to get the ODR taken off, make sure you put that into your appeal, never had the bot tell me otherwise. I lose the product and the money but the negative ODR gets removed.
Occasionally Amazon pays for the refund but it's very rare this happens.
