Amazon cant veirfy my document
My account was deactivated requesting utility bill and a valid card on file.
I confirm I have a valid credit card on file (I do) and attach a utility bill (valid / in my name / last 90 days).
Amazons response "we cant verify your document" and requests the same thing.
Ive responded about 20 times so far with different utility bills, file types, scanned copies and the original pdfs guessing why Amazon cant verify it ( they wont say what they cant verify ).
Can someone at Amazon look at my account and explain what is wrong? This is incredibly frustrating.
