Please can I get some guidance/help on the below:
I have been a Amazon seller since 2020, last month on 12 May my account was deactivated due to a section 3 violation. Apparently I had another account which violated one of Amazons policies. After 2 unsuccessful appeals in which I denied having any other accounts I had noticed a performance notification on my Amazon US store stating my account was deactivated in accordance with Section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement. The email stated I was required to confirm my identity via a video interview.
I have followed the required steps and booked myself in for a interview, Amazon stated I would received my interview link 2 days before my preferred timeslot, however it has now been over 10 days and I have yet to receive an invite link. Has anyone had a similar issue to this and how was it resolved?
Furthermore, I submitted identity documents for my Amazon UK store to update my personal details and it has been over 20 days now and my identity documents is still under review. How long does Amazon take to verify my documents?
This is very frustrating as I have until the 12 August to get my account reinstated or it will be deactivated permanently. I have thousands of pounds £ of inventory still in Amazons warehouse and they have also stopped my withdrawals.
Any help on the above would be much appreciated.
