Topicals approval
Hello!
I am trying to list two new products on Amazon EU in the Topicals category. I requested approval and sent photos of the product (which I made, they are not computer-generated or 3D models) and I sent an invoice from my manufacturer.
This is what I received as an answer from Amazon:
Thank you for your interest in selling topicals on Amazon.de.
After reviewing your documents we have come to the following conclusion:
- the product pictures are insufficient
Please note that we are unable to provide any additional information regarding the application process beside those you’ve received opening this case. Due to the proprietary nature of the approval check we are unable to explain why a document is unacceptable.
To proceed in this approval request we require a replacement for the not accepted documents.
What photos should I send? They did not give me any details. I believe there are some rules, but I cannot find them. Please advise! Thank you.

Have you previously received any additional communication from Amazon regarding the matter?

I did not receive any other emails from Amazon regarding this matter.
I took photos of the bottle with my phone - front, back, top, bottom. Actually, I was approved in Topicals category in Spain, but I had this issue (the email above) in the other marketplaces.
