Hello there,
I've been selling under-eye patches on Amazon Canada since September 2023, and last month, I received an email saying that my product has been identified as a Natural Health Product (NHP) or drug product, and it is subject to the provisions of the Food and Drugs Act (FDA) and its regulations. The product is at risk of removal from Amazon's catalogue.
Many sellers sell the same product without providing NPN and DIN numbers. I have contacted them. In addition, I contacted Amazon seller support, but no one told me what I should do and ignored my request, and they replied to the same answer every single time I sent them an email.
Please guide me.

Daryl here from our forums team jumping in to further assist here on this matter.
Note that “valid” in regard to the DIN, NPN, and DIN-HM means that the provided number can be verified in either Health Canada’s Drug Product Database or the Licensed Natural Health Product Database
All claims made for NHPs within the product images and product detail page must comply with Amazon policy. For example, false or misleading claims about the products efficiency, uses, etc., are not allowed.
We offer selling partners an option to appeal prior to suppression if they believe that their listings are incorrectly identified as an NHP. Within the email communications, sellers are instructed to reach out to rp-core-pre-enforcement-appeals@amazon.ca with the following information:
-Use the subject line: “Pre-suppression appeals for unscheduled over-the-counter (OTC) drugs and natural health products (NHP)”
-List of affected ASINs
-Why you believe the ASINs have been incorrectly identified as NHPs and/or unscheduled OTC drugs
