reactivate my account despite having zero policy violation warnings

I have a 15 year old sellers account and have been inactive for while. I have decided to restart selling on Amazon but my account has been deactivated was unable to reactivate my account despite having zero policy violation warnings.

What is the default path to reactivation your Amazon account? It does not have any appeal or 're-activate' button. I can't seem to find any other way o reach out to Amazon for assistance. Can anyone please advise?
