Incense And Incense Powder/Ingredients (Returns)
I am a bit nervous about items being returned. I haven't had it yet but have only sold ~30 items. Of course, if returns become a problem I can just jack up my prices to cover the abuse. But, is a consumable product like incense / incense powder (an ingredient for making incense) something people can just return? Like, someone can buy my powder and decide... hmm I change my mind and not sure I want to take on this hobby. Then ship back a 1/2 used bag of powder and be fully refunded while I'm at a loss? I feel like, as with food, it's kind of an organic material with a shelf life and using some of it and returning it seems unfair. But, I'm obviously rooting for myself here when coming up with this logic.

Don't fret until you get the items back.
Then let us know what you find.

Hello from the other side, @Seller_GsBEH1erlC2Et- my spouse actually recently took on making some candles-- while I don't think she's returned any ingredients, thinking through the possibility is part of your responsibility as a business owner.
You can see the current list of non-returnable items here, which does not include incense/incense powder. As I don't think these products, while organic, would qualify as fresh produce/grocery products, they would be able to be returned.
This page breaks down the return process at a high level, and this page has the process for filing a claim, should any issues happen with a return.
Please let me know if I can answer any other questions on this topic though!
