How do I get to someone at Amazon who can look into why some of my products are suddenly blocked from sending replenishment inventory? I am brand registered, have good account health, have no compliance issues, and have sold these fruit powders for ten years with no issues. Now, there is a sentence that says, I must apply but Amazon is not taking products in that category. There has to be some algorithm error. Customer service is zero help. This is a small family business and this impact is enormous. Can anyone know how I can get someone in Amazon to check into this? Thank you to anyone who can help.
